Shakira has broken 14 Guinness World Records, as confirmed by the Guinness World Records (GWR). Her collaboration with Bizarrap on “Music Sessions Vol. 53” has earned them four titles, including the most streamed Latin track on Spotify in 24 hours, the most viewed Latin track on YouTube in 24 hours, the fastest Latin track to reach 100 million views on YouTube, and the most streamed Latin track on Spotify in one week. Shakira also achieved several other record-breaking titles, such as being the first female vocalist to debut in the Top 10 of the Billboard Hot 100 with a Spanish-language track and holding the record for the most cumulative weeks at No.1 on Billboard’s Hot Latin Songs chart by a female artist. Michael Empric, a Guinness World Records Official Adjudicator, presented Shakira and Bizarrap with their certificates to celebrate their latest achievements. These accomplishments add to Shakira’s status as a seventeen-time Guinness World Records title holder. The global icon has had a banner year, charting two top 10s on the Billboard 200 and Billboard Hot 100 and becoming the best-selling female Latin artist in history. The Grammy Museum in Los Angeles has opened an immersive exhibit dedicated solely to Shakira until 2024, showcasing her trajectory as a legendary artist
