Paris Hilton surprised her fans on Friday (Dec. 30) by releasing a 2022 update on her now iconic single “Stars Are Blind.”
Titled “Stars Are Blind (Paris’ Version),” the updated recording features new vocals and production and is exclusively available on Amazon Music.
Hilton shared on Instagram that the song has always meant a lot to her and she wanted to close out the year with a refreshed version. She also expressed her gratitude to her fans for their support of her music career and teased that more new music will be coming in the new year.
The original version of “Stars Are Blind” was released as the lead single off Hilton’s 2006 album Paris and became a hit, reaching the top of the Dance Club Songs chart and peaking at No. 18 on the Billboard Hot 100. Hilton has since turned to dance music and has gained a reputation as an internationally renowned DJ.
