Fame & fortune might be the good side of the music industry but there is a dirty game which some of the big players are playing in order to stay at the top. A lot of people took the stand but corruption didn’t let them win. But the new generation of producers are coming up really strong against these things.
Everybody in the Electronic Music is well aware of the things that went down with KAAZE. He shocked the world when he exposed the awful side of the music industry. He really played boldly and made a lot of producers and fans aware of the fact that the music industry is not solely about music anymore. There are a lot of other things involved as well.
The awareness that KAAZE brought came very strong and was really important. It shocked producers, DJs, and fans around the globe. But the biggest shock was to the Indian EDM industry because a lot of Indian producers were involved in this kind of dirty game.
Indian EDM fans really got pissed after they got to know that their Country’s own favorite superstar DJ’s were involved in such kind of malpractices So they started asking questions from them on their Facebook pages. Some DJs literally blocked their fans on their social media and some of them gave a response which was not really appropriate at all.
For an instance when a fan asked his favorite DJ for a track walk through. His favorite DJ blocked him by saying you are seeking validation and there is no point to explain the track.
We really don’t need such egomaniac DJs in the Indian EDM industry.
To be honest, now the whole things have been turned into a big mess. We might see a big change in the industry now. Now that so-called superstar DJ’s are exposed, it’s time for the real producers to come up and change the game.
